A Prelisting Home Inspection and Appraisal provides full disclosure to the buyer.  The seller will have time to do repairs.  It will eliminate some of the stress on the real estate agent.  The listing will also be more desirable for a buyer.  Also, House Detective provides Video Home Inspections and Appraisals, which usually appeals to investors.
