This list is possibly the most plagiarized piece of garden writing on the internet right now. However, I think this issue is important enough to just grant it eminent domain. I was careful to check and cross check this list against all of the other similar lists available, and culled any company with even remote ties to the MegaCorporation that I sincerely feel poses the greatest threat to our health, welfare, freedom, national security and possibly even democracy: Monsanto. Over-reacting? Well, we will let you do your own research and come to your own conclusions:) In the mean time, I encourage everyone who gardens - no matter how much or how little - to purchase your seeds from small seed companies who are helping to save the biodiversity (and genetic integrity!) of our FOOD CROPS. What could be more important?
